Terms & Conditions

This website, zova.ae (the “Site”), and the ZOVA brand are owned and operated by ARYAAN VIKAS GENERAL TRADING L.L.C, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under Commercial Licence No. 962397 issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, and registered for Value Added Tax under Tax Registration Number (TRN) 104235736600003.

In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ARYAAN VIKAS GENERAL TRADING L.L.C trading as ZOVA. “You” refers to the person using the Site or placing an order. By accessing the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of 5% VAT unless stated otherwise. We take care to describe our products accurately, but colours and natural materials such as solid wood and natural marble vary between pieces; natural veining, grain and slight colour variation are characteristics of the material and not defects. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to decline or cancel any order arising from such an error, in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and dispatch the goods. We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, where we cannot verify payment or delivery details, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

Payment

We accept payment by the methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards processed by our payment service provider, and cash on delivery where offered. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details on our systems. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Delivery terms, timescales and costs are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Warranty

Our furniture carries a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, incorrect assembly, exposure to extreme heat or moisture, commercial use, or any modification of the product.

Assembly and safe use

Most items are supplied flat-packed with assembly instructions. You are responsible for assembling products in accordance with those instructions and for ensuring items are placed and, where required, secured safely. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from incorrect assembly or unsafe placement.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, the ZOVA name and logo, and the design of the Site, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount paid for the goods concerned.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
