Shipping & Delivery Policy

Deliveries are fulfilled by ARYAAN VIKAS GENERAL TRADING L.L.C (Commercial Licence No. 962397), trading as ZOVA.

Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. We do not currently ship outside the UAE.

Delivery time

Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day. Remote locations may take slightly longer. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery charges

Free delivery across the UAE on all orders, unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout.

Flat-pack and assembly

Most items are delivered flat-packed with clear instructions and can be assembled with basic tools. Assembly is not included unless expressly stated on the product page.

Receiving your delivery

Please ensure someone aged 18 or over is available at the delivery address to receive and check the order. Our team will contact you to confirm a delivery window. If nobody is available, we will attempt to reschedule; repeated failed attempts may incur a redelivery charge.

Access

Please check that large items will fit through doorways, lifts and stairwells before ordering. Deliveries are made to the door of the property; our drivers are not able to remove doors, use external lifts or hoists.

Damaged or missing items

Inspect your order on arrival and report any transit damage or missing parts within 48 hours to shopify@zova.ae or +971 4 249 2592, with photographs where possible.
