Refund & Returns Policy

This policy applies to purchases from zova.ae, operated by ARYAAN VIKAS GENERAL TRADING L.L.C (Commercial Licence No. 962397), trading as ZOVA.

7-day returns

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that it is unused, in its original condition and, where possible, in its original packaging. Flat-packed items must not have been assembled unless the item is faulty.

How to start a return

Email shopify@zova.ae or call +971 4 249 2592 with your order number and a photograph of the item. We will confirm the return method and the address for return. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account in the purchaser's name.

Return shipping costs

If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we cover the cost of return collection. For change-of-mind returns, a collection charge of the actual delivery cost applies and may be deducted from your refund.

Faulty or damaged items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photographs so we can arrange a replacement, repair or refund at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law.

Items that cannot be returned

• Made-to-order, customised or special-order pieces
• Items damaged through misuse, incorrect assembly, or normal wear and tear
• Clearance items explicitly sold as non-returnable

Cancellations

You may cancel an order at no charge at any time before it is dispatched. If it has already been dispatched, please follow the returns process above.
